Logic, Connection to Otherworld: Zoe is the voice of reason, and, while strong and powerful, she is also nurturing, loving, and giving. She is the one who holds Serenity together, and helps her stay focused towards a higher goal. Opening yourself to this powerful, nurturing, and accepting energy is the key to reaching true Serenity. |

Intuition, The Third eye: River is the psychic eye of Serenity. Like our own intuitive gifts, she often speaks in metaphor and simile. Often, her knowledge is passed through a dream-state, through nightmares or images that we may not understand. Only by listening closely and with our souls, not our minds, may we understand what information River has to impart. |

Voice: Mal is the voice of Serenity. It is from him that orders are given and decisions are made. Often we become entangled in our emotions, and the conflicts of our lives and forget to speak clearly. Bi zui. Then let your voice speak. |
| Heart = Kaylee |

Love & Understanding: Kaylee is the Heart of Serenity. Her smile lights the corridors, brightens the emptiness of the black. When Kaylee is hurt, or injured, she cannot shine and Serenity cannot feed from her love. When Kaylee is well and smiling, the entire 'verse benefits from her love. |

Solar Plexus; Material, Practical: Simon is practical. He is used to comfort, to material things. His ability to see a goal and reach it is to the benefit of everyone on Serenity. His only compromise on his way to his goals is his protection of River. Sometimes, we need to let go of goals for the nurturing of our heart, our throat, or our soul. Sometimes, though, we need to let go of those things to obtain the material aspects of our goals. |

Passion,Sexuality: Inara is passion. She is the sensuality, the love, the sexual drive of Serenity. In her warm smile, soft satins, and rich silks, we can luxuriate in the earthly (or is that 'verse-ly?) pleasures. When we shut out Inara, we also shut out our visceral appreciation of earthly pleasure. |

 | Kundalini; Health, Security, Strength: Jayne is the hidden strength of Serenity. He protects her, provides for her, and, often his greatest strength remains hidden until it's needed the most. Believe in Jayne, nurture Jayne, and in return, you will discover a wealth of strength and power that would have remained hidden. |
